We want you to be happy with every order. Because perfume is worn on the skin, our terms are clear:
Sealed items
- You can return or exchange perfumes, oils, bakhoor and burners within 7 days of delivery if their cellophane is still sealed.
- Bring them to the boutique in Deira with the order number, or message us to arrange a collection in Dubai.
- We refund the way you paid within 7 days of the item reaching us.
Opened perfumes
For hygiene reasons we can’t take back a perfume or oil once it has been opened. That is why every order includes a 2 ml sample — and you are always welcome at the boutique to try any scent on your skin before you buy.
Damaged or wrong items
If a bottle arrives broken or you receive something you didn’t order, take a photo and message us within 48 hours; we replace it free of charge, delivery included.
Gift sets
A set can be exchanged as a whole within 7 days if none of its pieces has been opened.
